    • Keppel Infrastructure Trust acquired the A$1b Ixom
    • Keppel REIT’s continued portfolio optimisation efforts saw maiden acquisition in Seoul and divestment of Bugis Junction Towers
    • Keppel DC REIT acquired 2 Singapore assets
    • Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT expanded into new key growth market of Dallas
  • Successfully closed the US$1.1b Alpha Asia Macro Trends Fund III

  • Raised total equity of ~$4.5 billon:
    • Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund (KAIF) achieved two closings and acquired a 30% stake in the Gimi FLNG facility as its first investment
    • Launched and achieved first close for several funds, namely Keppel-Pierfront Private Credit Fund, Keppel MMP-Indonesia Logistics Fund, Keppel Education Asset Fund and Keppel Vietnam Fund, as well as the follow-on Alpha Asia Macro Trends Fund (AAMTF) IV and Keppel Data Centre Fund II
  • Listed REITs and Trust continued to grow through acquisitions - Keppel DC REIT's Kelsterbach Data Centre in Germany and Amsterdam Data Centre in Netherlands, Keppel REIT's Pinnacle Office Park in Sydney and Keppel Bay Tower in Singapore (completion expected in 2Q 2021), as well as Keppel Infrastructure Trust's Philippine Tank Storage International in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
  • Expanded into the senior living sector with completion of the acquisition of interests in Watermark Retirement Communities
  • Strategic cooperation with the National Pension Service of Korea to explore opportunities for private infrastructure in Asia; and entered into a JV with Australian Unity
  • Grew AUM to S$37b* (US$28b) as at end-2020
